With over ten years in senior management, he's played a pivotal role in the dynamic growth of the retail and veterinary healthcare sectors, specifically at executive and PLC board levels.

One of Huw's standout achievements has been his pivotal role in the transformative growth of the Pets at Home veterinary division. Under his guidance, the division expanded exponentially from 80 to 450 locations. Andrew's commitment extends beyond hospital walls. He established his specialist-led visiting cardiology service, offering clinical consultancy to 50 veterinary practices across southern England. Additionally, he brought his skills to the pharmaceutical industry, contributing to both national and international marketing teams.

His entrepreneurial spirit shone as a co-founder of Pawsquad in 2015, introducing the first veterinary video consulting platform to the market, eventually acquired by IVC Evidensia. More recently, Andrew co-founded VetNexa, a digital information platform for Veterinary Professionals.
