    If we need any more documents, we will let you know.

    We'll assess your eligibility for the position and working in Australia. If we require additional documents like your veterinary license or references, we'll be sure to request them at this stage.

  3. 30 MINS

    Let's Get to Know Each Other

    We will schedule a 30-minute call to get to know you.

    This informal, initial call is a chance for us to learn more about your background, career goals, and why you're interested in working at Vetnovo. It's also your opportunity for you to ask us any questions you have about the role, the process or life in Australia.

    Get to Know Our Vets

    Interview with one of our experienced veterinarians.

    The interview will delve deeper into your veterinary skills and experience. It's also a chance to learn more about our practice, our team culture, and the types of cases you'll encounter.
  5. 3-5 days

    Conditional Offer

    Upon successful interview, we will make you a conditional offer

    If your interview goes well, we'll present you with a conditional offer outlining the position details, salary, and benefits. This offer will be conditional on successfully obtaining the necessary visa and sponsorship.
  6. The Visa

    Together, we apply for sponsorship and your visa

    We'll guide you through the entire sponsorship application process. We'll handle the paperwork and liaise with the Department of Home Affairs to ensure a smooth transition. You will need to apply for a visa, at this stage, we will guide you and help along the way.
  7. Meet with your clinic

    Final interview with clinics and meeting your team.

    Once your visa is approved, based on your preference, and our availability we will match you with a few possible clinics and locations you can work in (based on availability). You'll have a video call interview, with these clinics where you can learn more about what they do and the area. Once we have a match we are ready to proceed with the final step.
  8. The Move

    You will receive your contract and flight details.

    Welcome to the team! Once everything is finalized, you'll receive your official employment contract and flight details to embark on your new adventure in Australia.
